However, in rare cases where issues may arise during delivery, we offer a limited return and refund policy to ensure you’re protected.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns and exchanges strictly under the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged product due to transit or manufacturing defects.
- You received a wrong product that does not match your confirmed order.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Change of fragrance preference or dislikes after use
- Accidental or incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Minor packaging wear/tear not affecting product usage
- Any external issues beyond our scope (e.g., delivery delays not caused by us)
Return/Exchange Window
Customers must report an issue within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund consideration.

3. Verification & Review
Our internal team will evaluate the case within 48 hours of submission. We reserve the right to approve or reject return claims based on the clarity and validity of the evidence provided.
If Your Return is Approved
Once your return or exchange is approved:
- We will schedule a pickup of the product from your address via our courier partner.
- Upon successful pickup and inspection, we will process either:
- A replacement (subject to availability)

A full refund to your original mode of payment within 7–10 working days
Packaging Guidelines for Returns
To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please ensure:
- The product is unused and in its original condition, including box, seal, and all accessories
- It is securely packed to avoid any further damage in transit
A printed or written note with your Order ID is included in the package
Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Perfumes that have been used, opened, or are missing original packaging
- Custom bundles, combo offers, or discounted sets (unless fully damaged)
- Delay in reporting beyond the 7-day return window
- Orders returned without prior approval or RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Refunds Timeline
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, Card, Wallet, Net Banking)
- Processing time: 7–10 business days post-return pickup and inspection
